1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Assecetta Digital Marketing Group LTD, trading as Assecetta, of 20 Berkeley Street, London, W1J 8ED, United Kingdom ("Assecetta", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to approved Assecetta workers who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Are based in the United Kingdom or a European country in which Assecetta operates.
- Hold an active Assecetta worker account.
- Comply with these terms and Assecetta's platform rules.
Employees, directors, agents and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion may not participate.
3. Promotion period
The promotion began on 21 September 2026 and will continue until withdrawn or replaced by Assecetta.
We may amend, suspend or end the promotion by giving reasonable notice through the platform or by email. Valid rewards earned before a change or closing date will not be affected.
4. Making a referral
Participants may refer as many people as they wish using their unique referral code or referral link.
To qualify as a referred worker, the person must:
- Be a new Assecetta user who has not previously held an Assecetta account.
- Register using the participant's unique referral code or link.
- Complete all required registration and verification checks.
- Be approved by Assecetta as a worker.
- Comply with Assecetta's platform rules.
A person cannot refer themselves. Each new worker may be connected to only one referrer, and referral codes cannot normally be added after registration.
5. €1 Approved Lead reward
Once the referred worker has been approved, their referrer will receive €1 for every lead submitted by that worker that Assecetta approves.
An "Approved Lead" means a genuine lead that:
- Contains accurate, complete and usable information.
- Was obtained and submitted lawfully.
- Meets the applicable campaign or customer requirements.
- Has not previously been submitted.
- Is not fabricated, purchased, recycled or submitted without proper authority.
- Has been reviewed and accepted by Assecetta.
Rejected, incomplete, duplicate, cancelled, fraudulent or invalid leads will not qualify for a reward.
There is no limit on the number of people a participant may refer or the number of qualifying €1 rewards they may earn while the promotion remains active.
6. Prize milestones
Each referred worker may also generate milestone prizes for their referrer.
The first milestone is reached when a referred worker achieves 10 Approved Leads. Further milestones are reached for every additional five Approved Leads:
- 10 Approved Leads
- 15 Approved Leads
- 20 Approved Leads
- 25 Approved Leads
- 30 Approved Leads
- Continuing in increments of five
Each milestone may qualify the referrer for a bonus prize worth up to €100.
The exact prize and its value may vary. Prizes may be provided as cash, account credit, a gift or another benefit with a stated value.
Milestones are calculated separately for each referred worker. Approved Leads from different referred workers cannot be combined to reach a milestone unless Assecetta expressly confirms otherwise.
All milestone prizes are subject to verification of the leads and the accounts involved. The final prize awarded at each milestone will be determined by Assecetta acting reasonably.
7. Crediting and receiving rewards
Qualifying €1 rewards will be added to the participant's Assecetta Earned Balance after the relevant lead has been checked and approved.
Milestone prizes will be issued after the relevant milestone and all associated leads have been verified.
Rewards and account credit can be withdrawn or used only in accordance with Assecetta's normal payment and withdrawal rules.
Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts. Participants are responsible for any personal tax or reporting obligations arising from rewards they receive.
8. Prohibited activity
Participants must not:
- Create or control fake or duplicate accounts.
- Refer themselves.
- Submit false, duplicate or unauthorised leads.
- Purchase or recycle leads.
- Use bots, scripts or automated systems to generate referrals or leads.
- Manipulate the registration, verification or lead-approval process.
- Make misleading claims about Assecetta, available work or potential earnings.
- Use spam, harassment or unlawful electronic marketing.
- Breach any law, platform rule or campaign requirement.
Participants should share their referral code only through lawful channels. They must not provide another person's private contact details to Assecetta without a lawful reason and the necessary permission.
9. Verification and withholding rewards
Assecetta may review referrals, accounts and submitted leads before approving or issuing a reward.
Where we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, a technical error or a breach of these terms, we may temporarily withhold the affected rewards while we investigate.
We may reject, cancel or reverse rewards where there is reasonable evidence that they were obtained improperly or issued because of an error.
10. Account suspension or closure
If an account is suspended or closed for breaching Assecetta's rules, the participant may lose any rewards connected with fraudulent, invalid or prohibited activity.
Valid rewards earned before an account closure will be handled in accordance with Assecetta's general payment and account terms and applicable law.
11. Changes to the promotion
Assecetta may make reasonable changes to the promotion for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, technical or operational reasons.
Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Changes will not remove rewards that were validly earned before the change took effect.
12. Technical problems
Assecetta is not responsible for applications, referral codes, links or lead submissions that are lost or delayed because of events outside our reasonable control.
Where a genuine technical error affects a participant, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to applicable law, Assecetta will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from participation in the promotion.
Participants' statutory rights are not affected.
14. Personal information
Personal information will be used to administer referrals, verify accounts and leads, prevent fraud and issue rewards in accordance with Assecetta's Privacy Policy.
Referrers will not receive private information concerning referred workers, their customers or their submitted leads. We may display limited referral progress, such as whether a referral has qualified or reached a milestone.
15. Complaints
If a participant believes a reward has been incorrectly rejected, withheld or calculated, they should contact Admin@Assecetta.com within 30 days of the relevant decision.
The message should include the participant's account details, referral code and any relevant supporting information.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Participants retain any mandatory legal rights provided by the laws of their country of residence.
17. Acceptance
By participating in the promotion or sharing a referral code, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
